Conserve the Point at Topsail Beach North Carolina has been going on for years. It wasn't till recently that a Conservation Land Trust group has made an offer to conserve the point at the south end. It is going to take just under 8 million dollars to purchase the private property and make it a permanent preservation. They have one year to raise the funds to purchase the property.
